SSEC – Storage & Solar Expo Conference takes place on September 22-23 2026 at the Vicenza Expo Center, Via dell'Oreficeria 16, 36100 Vicenza (VI), Italy.

Yes. Although it is a B2B event, SSEC is open to anyone with an interest in the solar and energy storage sectors.

Entry is permitted for small dogs with a leash and muzzle. Entry is not permitted for other animals, except for assistance dogs.

The exhibitor list will be available on the SSEC website in the months before the event. The final exhibition floor plan will be distributed free of charge from the first day of the fair at the entrances and information points. The conference program can be found in the dedicated section of the website. Alternatively, all information will be available on the official SSEC app.

Yes, the free IEG.FREEWIFI network is available throughout the exhibition center. You can access it by registering through a social media account or by entering your name, surname, and email address.

Yes, information points are located near the main entrances of the exhibition center. Staff are available to provide directions, maps, and assistance throughout the event.

To exhibit at SSEC, you can fill out the quote request form or contact the IEG sales office directly. The SSEC team is available to provide all information on costs, participation methods, and customized exhibition solutions.

Deadlines for adhesion, document submission, and payment terms are communicated directly by the IEG sales office upon confirmation of participation. 

Dates and times for setup and dismantling operations are communicated to exhibitors by the IEG organizational office. The Vicenza exhibition center offers comprehensive technical services including electrical connections, internet connectivity, catering services, and customized setup through approved suppliers.
