Public administrations can still play a central role in the energy transition. The new Consolidated Act on Renewable Energy Sources has introduced simplified procedures for the construction of renewable energy systems on properties and land owned by public administrations. This opens up multiple opportunities for both administrations and stakeholders.
The renewed simplicity of installing RES-powered systems can significantly contribute to reducing the environmental impact of a building stock that requires major renovations: it is the first step toward an increasingly sustainable public administration.
For businesses, new markets are opening up thanks to the administrative simplification in submitting projects.
The session will provide guidelines for structuring a proposal to a public administration based on the new provisions, along with a practical case study of their application.
